At Brand District, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

You can return an item if:

• It is unused and unwashed

• All tags and packaging are still attached

⏰ Return Time

• You can request a return within 10 days of delivery.

💸 Refund Method

Once we receive and check the item:

• Refund will be sent through the same payment method

• Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer

• Refund processing may take 3–5 working days

🔁 Exchanges

Want a different size or color?

No problem — we offer easy exchanges (subject to stock availability).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer

(If you receive a damaged item from our side, we’ll replace it.)

📦 Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with a picture.

We will replace it or give a full refund, including delivery charges.
